Round Table Discussion on “The Heroic Girl Lives in the Memory of the Nation” Dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of Aliya Moldagulova

On December 9, 2025, Senior Lecturer Dana Bibulova of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies conducted a round table discussion entitled “The Heroic Girl Lives in the Memory of the Nation.”
Direction: Patriotic Education
To organize and commemorate events and anniversaries of significant state and socio-political importance, promoting the ideas of modern Kazakhstani patriotism through educational activities. The event also aims to contribute to the development of students’ active civic position, legal awareness, and anti-corruption culture, as well as to foster respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Educational Significance:
The event was aimed at developing students’ love and pride for their homeland. During the round table discussion, young people reflected on the life and heroic deeds of Aliya Moldagulova and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of such qualities as courage, honesty, responsibility, and patriotism.Furthermore, students recognized the importance of honoring the achievements of historical figures, knowing the history of their country, and preserving national values. The event contributed to the development of their civic consciousness and strengthened their sense of responsibility toward society. The exemplary life of Aliya Moldagulova inspired students to be persistent, resilient, and devoted to serving their country.The round table entitled “The Heroic Girl Lives in the Memory of the Nation” was conducted at a high organizational level. Students of group ST 24-5k1,2,3 actively participated in the event, freely expressing their opinions and sharing their thoughts. The discussion promoted the development of patriotic values among students and had a positive impact on their personal and civic growth.
Results of the Event:
As a result of the event, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of such qualities as honesty, responsibility, determination, perseverance, and the desire for self-improvement. They came to realize that love for one’s homeland, respect for its history, and appreciation of its heroic past are essential components of personal spiritual development and active citizenship.
