On April 28, 2026, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies, Aikhynbai Kulaysha Teshebaikyzy, conducted an open lesson with students of the EP-25-12k academic group on the topic “Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle among Youth.”The purpose of the lesson was to expand students’ understanding of a healthy lifestyle, to foster a responsible attitude toward their health, and to develop habits of proper nutrition, physical activity, and avoidance of harmful behaviors in everyday life.
