On November 27, 2025, meetings, explanatory sessions, and discussions were held with graduating students at Schools No. 57 and No. 18, the Republican School-Lyceum, and the Al-Farabi Academic School in the city of Shymkent as part of career guidance activities focused on choosing a profession and exploring the professions of the future.The graduates were provided with comprehensive information about the majors offered at our university, particularly about future-oriented professions taught at the Higher School of Information and Communication Technologies and Energy. The university, the higher school, and the departments distributed informational brochures and explanatory materials. The students received detailed answers to their questions and expressed their gratitude. Contact information of the university, the higher school, and the departments was also shared.A career-guidance lecture titled “Developing the Communicative Competence of Future Specialists in the Field of IT Technologies” was delivered by the department instructors B.O.Tastanbekovа,and I.Imanbekov, who demonstrated high engagement and made a significant contribution to assisting the graduates in choosing their future profession.These schools have 220 graduates studying in Kazakh-medium classes and 60 in Russian-medium classes.We are confident that the activities conducted will greatly assist the graduates in choosing their future career paths.
