On the 4^th of February, 2026, students of the Agrarian Faculty took part in the discussion of the draft new Constitution. Vice-rector of the university for social and educational work Gani Besbaev made a welcoming speech. He noted that the proposed constitutional reform is not just an update of legal norms, but a strategically important step that determines the future of the country.

This event was attended by the deputy akim of the Shymkent city Sarsen Kuranbek, who noted that the constitutional reform is a solid foundation that ensures the sustainable development of the state. He also noted that the discussion of the draft Constitution is a special historical and responsible stage for every citizen, especially for young people.
