On September 22, 2026, final-year students of the Faculty of Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Oil and Gas Engineering took part in a job fair held at the Korme Exhibition Centre in Shymkent.
The main purpose of the event was to introduce students to current employment opportunities, establish direct contacts with employers, and create opportunities for professional development and future employment.
During the job fair, the faculty students met representatives of major companies, including QazaqGaz, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products, and KazTransOil. The students received information about available vacancies, requirements for young specialists, and opportunities for professional growth.
Particular attention was paid to direct communication with employers. Students exchanged contact information with company representatives and submitted their resumes for consideration for potential employment opportunities.
Participation in such events contributes to strengthening cooperation between the university, students, and employers. It also helps future graduates better understand the labour market and take their first steps toward building a professional career.
