


On September 24, 2025, Arailym Almaskyzy Kaisarova, a lecturer of the "Standardization and Certification" Department of the "Mechanics and Oil and Gas" Faculty, conducted an open practical lesson on the topic "Quality Knot" within the discipline "Introduction of Food Safety Standards (HACCP)" in group MMG-22-6k1. Lecturers of the department took part in the open lesson. The lesson was conducted in a discussion format, which helped students to better understand the importance of the concept of quality and express their thoughts freely. The effective use of innovative methods such as group work and debate technology enriched the content of the lesson and contributed to the development of critical thinking. Lecturer A.A. Kaisarova successfully revealed the topic during the open practical session.
